Spring 2008 Referee Assignment Information

Referees, please follow the the procedure listed below to request and receive competitive game assignments:
- E-mail your referee availability each week by Sunday 7:00 PM.
- Assignments will be posted Tuesday night on Justin's referee website: Comp Team Referee Assignments
- It is the referee's responsibility to check the assignments page each week!

Referees, please follow the procedure listed below to request and receive recreational game assignments:
- Check your email on the Friday of the preceding weekend.
- Email your availability to Kay Kirklin by the following Monday evening.
- You will receive your request of assignments by Wednesday evening.
- Call Kay Kirklin (459-2784) ASAP to confirm/deny your assignment request. If Kay has not heard from you by Thursday night at 9 PM , your game(s) will be assigned to another referee.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Games
In the event that a game needs to be cancelled and/or rescheduled you MUST contact your scheduled opponent, the CBS club scheduler, and the appropriate referee assignor(s) must be provided a minimum of 7 days advanced notice so that no last minute surprises and unnecessary costs are incurred.
